We pay maximum attention to raw material. The first main conditions for good malt are the field and farmer, with excellent seeds, varieties, weather conditions, technology and know-how. Our farmers meet at regular local field days organized by Lycos, where they get advice from experts. All the results and benchmarking are evaluated in a yearly field day.
 
We appreciate the importance of the the cooperation with breeders, seeding companies and trading companies with chemistry, fertilizers.
 
The Territory: radius 70 km, plus import from the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria

Barley trials
 
The company´s target is the continuous research program for the best varieties suitable for malting and with great processability in the brewery. Most of our barley is analysed for varietal purity and evaluated in the production for their impact on critical parameters, especially AAL.
